I just don’t get it – I want to make changes in my personal life like loose weight and develop my craft but I have such a hard time crossing over to be a better me.  90% of what is making change hard is working full time. I have a good job but I’m tired  of applying so much time work and not developing my craft but for now I have to financially just need to make the best of it.   So what are my steps to the NOW – it will be a year till I can go part time so starting today 8/18/2016.

STAY WITHIN YOUR BUDGET – so you will reach your part time goal in a year.

GYM MONDAY – FRIDAY – 5:00 AM  – mostly cardio put that knee wrap on and you have to do a min of 45 minutes count those steps.

Weekends are mine – 2 days I will play in my sewing room so I can move forward with my projects. NO HOUSE CLEANING, NO CHORES ETC I can garden, sew or use my kitchen gadgets but that’s it. Cleaning day will be Friday afternoons.

I will weigh in every WEDNESDAY. – middle of the week – my thoughts keep going back to 2014 when I went on the 17 day diet – loved it – for 66 days I only missed exercising once and lost 23 pounds in 66 days. I’m not in a rush to loose weight I am in a rush to feel better. Although I love the Lose it app – it is just such a slow process and for me mentally I really need a boost. Of course when I started eating my old way again that 23 pounds came back. and I get discouraged and throw out all of my diet books only to turn around and buy them again. UGH – This cycle I’m on is sooooooo MENOPAUSE I’m all over the place.  But I think if I can get just 5 – 10 pounds off that would help with my belly and my mental game so that I can focus more. I may have to jump on a 17 day then go back to finish out my lose it app. I’ll decide when I weigh in next Wednesday.
