After completing 4 days I still don’t feel the effects of being on a “cleanse” however; changing my eating does make me feel different. Now that I am using the Lost IT app – my way of eating feels less of being on a “Diet” and more like living being in control.

Tomorrow starts the exercise I didn’t want to start everything at once in hopes of not failing – in the past I would start it all at one time and be exhausted and hungry at the same time and after a week I’m done. This time has to be different.

The goal behind all of this is to just find balance to keep me from going overboard. AMEN

Tonight I’m off to my dinner with the girls and getting our hair done and I know I cannot eat all that stuff that they are cooking or buying so I am making my own meal and bringing it so I keep this feeling going – and the fact that I can’t record those snacks which will spiral me out of control. I’m still in the early stages of recording my food and if it gets to complicated I will give up.

This process is all about STRATEGY. I love being in control of my HEALTH.
