Good Afternoon,
Yesterday, was a good day however; I didn’t get in my Tai Chi which I am not suppose to miss and I ended the cleanse. Today, I decided that there is no way I can take all those pills so I will finish the spark drink and the omega 3’s – the probiotic I had finished. I came home and knew I couldn’t eat another salad – so I made black beans and rice with stir fry chicken and it was great. I did well not going overboard.
What I learned from the cleanse and the calorie restrictions is……. if you eat right you really don’t need all those vitamins and minerals. Everyone keeps saying that our food is not what it use to be but I don’t think it is as bad as we think. The people who keep saying our food is horrible are the organizations that sell the vitamin products. I get a magazine that hangs these people and false advertisers out to dry with the truth – they are a non profit organization that looks out for the consumer and it has helped me a lot.
Another learning tool is I am going to make 1/2 my daily calorie intake to be fruits and veggies. This will take time and practice but in the long run I will see weight loss results.
The cleanse was an expensive bust but my mind is in the right direction so it wasn’t a total loss.
