Hello, My Name is Pam and today I am starting a cleanse called Advocare which is also a vitamin regimen to see if it is possible to clean from the inside out and it assist me in loosing weight. The diet I’m going to follow is the DASH diet. The DASH diet is usually recommended for people with hypertension which I don’t have but it made the most sense to me, it was a more balanced diet.

My current weight  8/8/2016 214.4 –

My end weight 8/8/2017 150.0

64.4 pounds in a year or sooner. Yep that’s me very sad – but you just wait

Just got my blood work back

Cholesterol 210 – HDL 69 – LDL 125 – here I need to increase the HDL and lower the LDL

Glucose 94 need to move this into the 80’s

Triglycerides 81 – bring it down.

Overall I’m in pretty good health however; I feel TERRIBLE – can’t sleep – acid reflux – digestive issues – skin and hair not healthy – nails peel – joints hurt – knees hurt can’t go for walks. It seems like there is something new everyday. I want to change – this is not a way to age – it’s a way to die.

So my question is after 50 and in menopause or post menopause – I want to have FUN with healthy FOOD while keeping up FITNESS and still showing that you can have great FASHION sense after 50. OR

Find after 50 you want to just give in, throw in the towel and eat what you want when you want lay around watching TV while reaching for your PILL box……………………………………………..NO WAY NOT ME!!!!!!!!!!
