I am getting my plan set up for Advocare’s body transformation (from the inside). So what am I expecting from this 24 day cleanse and vitamin regimen? I am counting on getting the inside of my body in balance so that what I choose to use as a weight loss tool will easier to stick with.  Do I think that this is a miracle drug? NO it is just an assistant to my health life style.

I am asking myself how is this going to be different from the past? Well for one my concentration is going to be more on my lifestyle change than it is on the diet.  In order for me to succeed to a healthy lifestyle I have to have rules. I know at this age I am sick and tired of rules. But without rules I get out of control. So rules it is:

Rule #1 Live without Red Meat

Rule #2 Exercise more days of the week than not so a min every week of 4 days ON.

Rule#3 Choose your future – each meal and each snack will be a choice – choose well live well choose poor live poor.

Rule #4Don’t be afraid to be different. Bring your salad dressing, choose light meals be a picky eater it’s ok you will be looking the part before long.

Rule #5 Control anxiety – it only harms ME and only ME –

IF YOU DO WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE THEN YOU WILL BE WHAT YOU HAVE ALWASY BEEN.
