Yesterday wasn’t so good. I felt a little dizzy in the afternoon which is a big deal for me because I really don’t get this type of feeling and I have never fainted. I still think my calories were too low so I added extra at night. My lower back bothered me all day which I am sure is non related but it was still unusual for me.

I’m not going to QUIT – which is what I normally do when I start to feel worse. But you really have to feel worse to feel better, your body is going through tremendous changes.

On the good side – When the dizzy feeling started yesterday afternoon  I almost took a piece of banana bread.  BUT I SAID NO!!!!

I’m giving myself a star star every time I make a great decision. This is what it takes deciding that that bread was just not WORTH IT.
