Day 2 went ok – I did figure out that the Spark drink mix has 120g of caffeine in it which I was a little surprised. That to me is equivalent to 1 1/2 cups of coffee and I would rather have the coffee. I felt more hungry yesterday so I am changing things up a bit and going BACK to watching my calories. I have had the Lose IT app on my phone for years. I’m not a big fan of counting calories but it is because it really makes me be accountable. IĀ entered my calories from what I have been following and it was less than a 1000 calories a day which explains the tiredness. I entered my foods for today with a couple of extra items to keep the hunger at bay and I was at 1093 which is still too low.
In the LOSE IT app if I want to lose a 1 1/2 a week it will calculate how many weeks it will take me to lose 54 pounds my arrival date is April 17 2017 which is still within my year range. So I am going to plug along with this appĀ and complete my cleanse and see if I can once and for all get this weight off. I found yesterday that I have done at least 6 blogs and all 6 blogs always lead to weight loss and that has got to stop. There is more to life than obsessing about weight.
Back to the cleanse – not really feeling any different but its only day 3 and I am sure that is why this is for 24 days it takes time.
